Using Go
These terms describe use of Go and its optional Premium features. The app is licensed under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement, linked below. These terms supplement that agreement and do not limit rights provided by applicable consumer law.
Gameplay and availability
Go is for play and practice. Opponent ranks, hints, move reviews, and scores are estimates, not guarantees of playing strength or correct results. You can review scoring before confirming it. Games and replays are not saved across app launches. Features may change in future versions.
Premium subscriptions
Premium provides unlimited undo and move hints while your subscription is active. The selected plan’s price and billing period are shown before purchase. Apple charges your Apple Account; the subscription renews automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel it in your App Store account settings. Deleting Go does not cancel it. Restore purchases with the Apple Account used to subscribe. Refund requests are handled by Apple, subject to applicable law.
Licenses and your rights
Use the app in accordance with applicable law and its license. Bundled open-source components remain governed by their own licenses, available in Settings under Engine licenses & credits. Nothing here restricts permissions granted by those licenses. Apple’s Standard EULA sets out the applicable license, warranty, and liability terms, subject to your statutory rights.
